The Concord Historical Society will be holding its annual Gingerbread House Boutique on Saturday, December 7 & Sunday December 8, 2019 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The Concord Museum and Event Center will be filled with the aromas and music of the holiday season. While sipping hot cider and nibbling on gingerbread, browse among the vendors offering unique handcrafted items such as: • Deena & Donna – soaps, bath and body lotions, candles • Weekend Wood – wood carved boards • Laurie’s Creations – quilts, hot pads, sun catchers • Get Out Books – books, dolls, rocks • Boyd Fine Art Photography – photography • Mj coleman Design – original prints, etchings • Chef Kev’s Specialty Foods – foods • Amphoranueva – premium oils & vinegars • Plus many more talented, local artisans After finding the perfect gifts for family and friends at the Gingerbread House Boutique, walk across the garden to the historic Galindo House. Each room in this house, built in 1856, will hold a different themed Christmas tree. The house will be open from 1:00 – 4:00 PM. Entrance fee to the house is $5.00. The Concord Museum and Event Center is at 1928 Clayton Road, Concord. Parking can be found behind the Concord Museum and Event Center at Amador Ave and Marina Court.
