John Muir Birthday Earth Day 2016

Join us on Saturday, April 23rd at the John Muir National Historic Site. Free admission, booths, entertainment and more. The John Muir National Historic Site is located at 4202 Alhambra Avenue at Highway 4 in Martinez.

10:30 a.m. STAGE Music by the Piedmont Highlanders Drums & Pipes Band
11:00 a.m. STAGE Welcome with John Muir and the National Park Service
11:30 a.m. STAGE Recycled Fashion Show
12:00 p.m. STAGE JMA’s Mountain Day Camp Director Jill Harcke presents the Sourdough Starter Award
12:15 p.m. STAGE Songs from the musical Mountain Days with “John Muir” Lee Strawn & other cast members
12:30 p.m. STAGE John Muir tells stories from his life (National Park Service Ranger Frank Helling)
12:30 p.m. First Silent Auction Ends—Must be present to win!
12:45 p.m. STAGE Music by the Stepping Stone—Celtic, Scottish & Americana
1:00 p.m. Second Silent Auction Opens
