Crime Prevention Workshop

How to deter, detect and defend against ID Theft

Join your neighbors on Tuesday, July 26th from 7 to 8 pm for the second in a series of crime prevention workshops. These informative workshops are designed to train citizens how to recognize and report suspicious activities in their neighborhoods, implement crime prevention strategies such as home security improvements and to make our community safer through the Neighborhood Watch Program. Residential Crime Prevention introductory information will be presented to cover Basic Home Security with easy solutions along with how to organize your own Neighborhood Watch program. Scheduled Crime Prevention Workshops include ID Theft on Tuesday, July 26th; Security Cameras & Residential Alarms on Tuesday, October 25th and Social Media and Cyber Security on Tuesday, November 15th. The meetings will be held at the Oak Park Christian Center, 2073 Oak Park Blvd, Pleasant Hill, between 7 pm and 8 pm. T RSVP go to The Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff and the Pleasant Hill Police Department are expanding the Neighborhood Watch Program throughout Pleasant Hill and updating previously organized neighborhoods. Neighborhood Watch is a program designed for neighbors to get to know each other, to look out for each other and to preserve neighborhoods and property.
