Eating Seasonally From the Farmers' Market
Join holistic chef and nutritional educator Suzanne Aziz in this food demonstration class as she discusses how shopping for local, organic, seasonal foods is best for your health as well as the environment. A healthy living crusader, Suzanne will show you how to prepare easy gluten-free, dairy-free, low-glycemic dishes, such as roasted spring asparagus with aioli, a Mediterranean white bean salad, and a fresh mixed berry tart. Suzanne attended Bauman College for Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts and promotes eating for health deliciously. This class will be fun, informative, and tasty!
