A demonstration cooking class offered through Community Education at Diablo Valley College


In this demonstration class, the students will learn how to prepare sushi rice, tempura dipping sauce, create sushi rolls (vegetables & cooked fish) and tempura (vegetables & shrimp).

Chef Masumi Kodama has worked with world-renowned chefs and helped Team Japan win a gold medal in 2010 and 2012. Her resume includes The White House, The Bellagio, The Modern and Pebble Beach Resorts.
