A demonstration cooking class offered through Emeritus Community Education at Diablo Valley College


Description:

In this demonstration class, the students will learn about poaching pears, canning pears, making chocolate cake, marscapone cream and assembly of a beautiful trifle.

Chef Masumi Kodama has worked with world-renowned chefs and helped Team Japan win a gold medal in 2010 and 2012. Her resume includes The White House, The Bellagio, The Modern and Pebble Beach Resorts.
