Baking French Macaroons

Chef Masumi Kodama, worked with the MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France - the title for the top pastry chefs in the world) to perfect the French macaroon. Allow her to guide you to make authentic French macaroons: orange macaroon (filled with orange pastry cream and preserve), green macaroon (filled with pistachio pastry cream) and pink macaroon (filled with raspberry ganache). Course fee includes cost of materials provided by DVC.
