Swan Day - Celebrating Art in Martinez

This year SWAN Day (Support Women Artists Now) will be held on Saturday, April 9th.

The public is invited to attend and see the wonderful variety of art that will be offered for sale. This is always a fun and high-energy event with live music. From 10a-4p, it will be held at the old train depot and adjoining parking lot (depending on weather).

Sponsored by the Martinez Arts Association. About 100 vendors are expected and artist participation is free. Check the MAA website for more information and an application to exhibit, or email SWAN DAY (Support Women Artists Now Day) is an international holiday celebrating the creative power of women all over the world.  

Held the 4th Saturday of every March, SWAN Day – Support Women Artists Now Day –  is an international holiday designed to showcase the power and diversity of women’s creativity.
