Contra Costa Library Summer Reading Program

 This summer, Contra Costa County Library encourages all ages to rock out at the Summer Reading Festival 2015: Read to the Rhythm, which runs Saturday, June 6 through Saturday, August 15. Reading records are available in community libraries and online at Participants use the reading record to track their reading time and earn prizes. Pre-readers may share a book with a parent, sibling, or friend.

Prize Drawings:

  • A Kindle Fire
  • A pair of Berkeley Repertory Theatre tickets
  • Complimentary one night stay and valet parking at Renaissance ClubSport Hotel and Spa in Walnut Creek
  • Benihana gift certificate
  • A pair of Academy of Science general admission tickets
  • A pair of Exploratorium After Dark Tickets (18+ ONLY)
  • Each community library will award a book lover's bag filled with goodies.
