At Northgate

Northgate drama is performing Arthur Miller's play The Crucible on May 7, 8 & 9 at 7:30pm, and Sunday May 10 at 4pm. Tickets cost $6 in advance or $8 at the door.

At Alhambra High School

Alhambra’s spring musical is Gilbert and Sullivan's smash hit, The Pirates of Penzance. This musical is fun for the whole family and runs Wednesday, April 22, through Saturday, April 25, with a 7pm curtain each night. There is also a 2pm matinee on Saturday, April 25. Tickets for adults, students, and seniors are $8/$10 presale or $10/$12 at the door; kids 10 and under are $5. Tickets can be purchased at the door or online here.

At College Park

The College Park Drama Department is getting ready for its spring musical: "The Rocky Horror Show."

"This show is quite unique. First, it is almost entirely student-produced - students chose the show, cast it, a student is directing the music and it's being collaboratively produced and directed by a students with my support. This is our first musical produced completely independently of CP's music department. Secondly, this is a show that features audience participation. Like the movie, there are lots of opportunities for audience members to dance and sing along, and respond in various ways to the action on stage. It will have lavish costumes, bizarre and goofy characters, catchy songs, wild dancing, special effects, and some glorious singing," said drama teacher Joan Lopate.

Mark your calendars to attend one of the following performances:
