FPHE: Nominate an educator for a chance to earn $1000 for your school

Foundation for Pleasant Hill Education (FPHE) is sponsoring the 2014 Educator of the Year award to be given at Pleasant Hill's 44th Annual Community Awards Night on Thurs., Jan. 29, and seeks nominees for the award.  Through a separate FPHE fund established by a private donor, FPHE will award $1000 to the award-winning educator's school, and issue a generous gift card to the winner.

EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR — The candidate should be an educator in a Pleasant Hill school for at least 3 years and have made unique contributions toward educating our children, demonstrating dedication, innovation, and enthusiasm. The candidate should also show contributions to the community. This award is sponsored by the Foundation for Pleasant Hill Education (FPHE).

Please submit your nomination (click here) to download a nomination form) by Mon., Jan. 12 to Martin Nelis at mnelis@pleasanthillca.org or mail to City of Pleasant Hill, 100 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill, 94523, Attn: Martin Nelis.  Please read the nomination directions carefully.
